BE COOL STAY IN SCHOOL RULES

1. All high school students (grades 9, 10 ,11, 12) in the MCCSC school district can participate in the 2007 - 2008 program.

2. There will be one 2007 Pontiac G5 given away.

3. High Schools in the MCCSC school district include Aurora, Bloomington North, and Bloomington South.

4. Perfect attendance is considered zero absences for the entire school year, not to include school activities. Each student must be inschool the entire day. An excused absence is still considered an absence and the student will not be eligible to win. MCCSC ultimately determines what is considered an absence.

5. All High School Students who attend MCCSC are eligible. (Including students who are children of Curry & MCCSC employees.)

6. Each high school will submit a list of eligible students to Curry at the end of the school year. Qualifying students will be invited to attend a drawing at Curry Buick Cadillac Pontiac GMC on Auto Mall Road. Date of the event will be announced.

7. Student must be present for the drawing in order to win. If under 18, the vehicle will be put in the name of the legal guardian.

8. After the drawing, the vehicle will remain with Curry until perfect attendance can be verified with the high school.

9. Before the student can claim the vehicle, proof of insurance will be required.

10. Winner is responsible for tax, title, and license fee. A 1099 form will be filed with the IRS for 2008.

11. Student must give Curry permission to use name, pictures and or likeness in future promotions for a minimum of one year.
